help.... what to do with all this green onion

I have so much and don't know what I can use it for! Please help! Thanks! :)

Make Alissa's Onion Dip

Make onion bread and use those instead of the other kind of onions

Use in salads

Make a Mexican meal (salsa, notcho cheeze, etc. and use them with that)

Make an Asian meal (stir-dry veggies, etc.)

I know that yellow/white onions can be sliced and marinated in Nama Shoyu and dehydrated...maybe you can chop and marinate these too and either keep them in a jar in the fridge to put on stuff (collard wraps come to mind or salads) or perhaps try drying some and see how they are

Make some kind of cracker and chop them up and add with other veggies or what not.

Cut it in slices and dehydrate for later use. Or you can slice and freeze it.
