You can leave out the cacao powder/nibs and you've got a gr8 base for whatever flavor!

Happy Birthday! Bananas and strawberries put through a champion juicer are like soft-serve ice cream. If you put it back into the freezer it hardens up a little more. I alternate putting the bananas and strawberries through so they are mixed up well.

I like to put frozen bananas through the champion juicer (with the blank plate). You can then alternate other frozen fruit to get different flavors, like strawberry or blueberry.

I also made a nice grape gelato by making grape juice and mixing it with agave and then putting it the ice cream maker. You could do the same thing with any fruit juice, really.

I put frozen banannas, coconut cream & shreaded coconut through my food processor then in the freezer for a bit to firm it up (or through my ice cream maker)
I'm on a huge coconut kick right now.
