I had some fun today making a birthday cake for my 2 Leos. I would be hard pressed to give a recipe but I can tell you I made a crust from macs/hazels and dates, and pressed it into a springform pan.
Then I made a fudgy chocolate and spread it on top of crust, chilled.
Then came some cashew butter whirled with honey and fresh cherries.
Then some fresh cherrie halves.
Then more fudge:D
topped with a thin layer of chcolate sauce and some chocolate dipped cherries and crushed hazelnuts.
