I don't know if a similar recipe has already been posted but I just did this and even after just a few hours it's amazing:
-Chopped veggies/fruits of choice (carrots, onions, peppers, garlic, etc.)
-Apple cider vinegar
-Dried herbs of choice
-Sea salt, to taste
In a mason jar, combine all ingredients, adding enough ACV to cover veggies. Close jar and shake to mix well and dissolve salt. Refrigerate.
I normally don't like veggies that much, but marinated like this I can't stop eating them!
