Does anyone know the percent of breast fat loss ratio that goes with body weight loss? same with butt fat. Im about 125. I was barely 115. I'd like to get back down closer to that but being in the 120's my breasts and butt are fuller. however when im in the 120s my mid section is fuller to hehe When I was at about 115 I was smaller but it seemed i lost half of those body parts. I'd like to lose the weight everywhere except those places. however when im in the 120s my mid section is fuller to hehe. im 5'4 and dont have a very defined girly shape.
any ideas? oh also today is my first day of going raw

genetics dictates how much and from where one loses fat.

lol , I have the opposite problem, I can get VERY out of proportion when I lose weight!!!!
maybe you should focus more on firming up with weights than losing weight?

There is no set ratio. It's entirely individual. That said, losing weight because you're eating all raw may affect your body in a radically different way than when you've lost weight eating cooked food. Most truly raw, long-time foodists are lean and well proportioned. But ... again, it totally depends on your body. Plus, other factors like your age (how much effect gravity has already had on your body!), your existing muscle tone, and your exercise regimen.
