Hello yall. My name is Casey, and I'm a 26 year old SAHM to a wonderful two year old son and an army wife to the world's most perfect husband (I can be biased, right? Lol) who is currently on a fifteen month deployment in Iraq. Blah. Today is my first day of a juicing fast (and I am completely craving my son's lunch right now) which I hope to continue for at least ten days, and then start the raw foods lifestyle. Growing up, my mother was all about the veggies and fruit, and I want to get back into that mindset and take my son with me as well. My husband, well, haha, thats another story, because gosh he loves his meat. But I stumbled across this forum and was amazed at the wealth of knowledge here, so I am off to ask questions! Juicing is such a Wonderful thing. As you are begining yourself, introduce More Fruit and Vegetables to your Sons meals, that way you can use less meat and you will have the perfect reason to be eyeing his food.

Whatever you do, stay in touch with this Forum..you will find plenty of encouragement and you will also find yourself a source of encouragement. Everyone is at some form of need in this Wonderful World of RAW. Thanks for becoming a part of our Family.
