I can't imagine how painful it must be.

It seems like you are in a 'healthy' enough place to ask for help, and admit to your addiction. Thats a good place. Can you get into any rehab programs?

Hi Kiki,

All I can say is you can beat this!

I run programs to help youth get off Meth and other drugs too as volunteer work (background in pysch.)

But you need more support than anyone here can give you or even raw food good for your health but...

I would seek out help in your area, even if you go to a clinic or hospital they should be able to point in the right direction.

I know in Cali there are free and paid programs sorry I do not have further information right here.

Also if you have a family doctor they should know too.

Look in your area for a naturpath and go there and tell him/her to put you on a detoxing program.
Now stick with it because when you body is clean on the inside you will not want the drug anymore.
You will have a new and clean life, you can start over:D
Stick with raw food and prayer, you will be alright.

You've done awesome the last seven days! I'd recommend you try out Narcotics Anonymous so you don't feel so alone on this journey (and it's free, if money is a concern). There will be people who can relate to what you are going through.

As for diet, I would say be kind to yourself. Staying sober is first priority, everything else comes after. I'm not that familiar with how crystal meth acts on the brain, but most drugs either block or enhance certain neurotransmitters. Therefore, if you want to do something supportive through your diet, amino acids (greens) and essential fatty acids would probably be helpful.
I wouldn't recommend cleansing any other than the detox your body is naturally doing at this time. Which is already a lot, most likely.

crystal meth destroys the part of the brain that tells you that crystal meth is hurting you. That's why it's so hard for people to kick. They lose that reality.

It also makes swiss cheese of your brain and it never heals. Every time you think you want to do some. Think about the holes you will put in your brain that will always be there.

Its the elevated seratonin that you need. A better diet (aka Raw) will help you. Start juicing every day. Drink tons of fresh juice.

Get rid of all paraphanalia. Throw out junk food. Clean your house. When you clean up on the outside...it helps begin the cleaning on the inside.

If there is something in your life that is making you do it. Something that makes you sad or angry or mad or bored. Get rid of it. Change your environment, so that you are in a place that you feel strong enough to do without the meth.

Yes I have been there. Meth, eating disorders, you name it...all the destructive things. But I made it out and you will too.

I just want to share with you that Jesus said HE is the WAY, the truth & the life...& the Bible promises that God is a VERY PRESENT HELP in times of trouble!!!
I couldn't imagine my life without drugs, before I gave Him my life...I was instantly & totally completely set free...& I've seen it happen for many others who were ready to surrender...
...The Bible says that He came to heal the brokenhearted...
...only when that happens does the NEED for drugs truly, finally end....
...I'll be praying for you daily, for you to find victory, healing, RAWstoration, & the help that you're asking for, & that you'll be led to it face-to-face...
...do you know any true, loving Christians?

I am another Christian and I can vouch for what A. Said. I have never been addicted to drugs, but FOOD!! Jesus is REAL and can HEAL!! That's the GOOD news for you, hon!!:D He promises to never leave you or forsake you and can heal your brain and body like new..this I promise!! HE is your only out, my dear. GO FOR IT!! He is waiting for you. Please find some Christian counceling.

You've gone for 7 days without meth, congradulations that is quite an accomplishment! You will make it! Just stay away from the old group. My nephew moved to another city and then another state. He had it worse than anyone I ever saw and was near dead. He had many relapses, over the years, even after going to Salvation Army Drug Treatment Centers several times. Now he works at a Drug Treatment Center and is doing very well. He is a different person today, so healthy and handsome. Lucky for him, he did not lose his teeth and his looks came back.
My son was on meth for several years and got off all by himself. He was far gone and dying. Now he is helping others stay clean and sober and has 100% success. My neice was on cocaine and was in bad shape, but she also bounced back. One person told me that she had to drop everything, when she was in a store and saw someone that she used to take drugs with, and leave the store. It takes what it takes! Hang on a day at a time, a minute at a time if necessary!
You do need support and a new group to hang with. There are NA meetings as well. Keep reaching out for help, you are going to make it! You have incredible value, and the world needs your presence! We love you!
