I am a raw foods fan familiar with Alissa Cohen's book, practice, and cuisine; I consequently have taken the Level I training and would like to implement it in my business, but find that other areas of the business and my life already take up all of my time. I'm seeking a part- or full-time partner to work with me (or if you prefer, independently) to expand by bringing raw foods cuisine into my business. Iconic, active coffeehouse in southern Maine(on the NH Seacoast border) seeks to expand its cuisine to focus on raw/vegetarian foods. Owner seeks partner to come on board to spearhead raw cuisine expansion and offerings. I'd do it myself but there are only so many hours in a day! Test-drives of raw cuisine onsite have met with enthusiasm and praise. Underutilized opportunity to meet the dining demands of existing clientele and draw in raw/vegetarian enthusiasts.
