Well its been 8 days know and I'm loving eating raw. I feel and look great. However I have one weakness, General Tao's Chicken. If have any suggestions on how to tweak this recipe to fit a raw food diet. I'm also looking for a eggplant linguini recipe.

I also love General Tao's chicken! I did find a recipe for a vegan version that when I am down some weight I plan on making.. My family is high raw vegan. though I am eating 100% right now until I get some weight off and am ready to add some cooked foods in. I know that seems odd here but I am happy being high raw vegan.. But I have a ton of weight to lose so I am jumpstarting it all by eating 100% for a season.

I looked at the General Tso's mushrooms.. I would dehydrate the mushrooms first.. then reconsitute them- marinade in the sauce then put in the dehydrator again just to warm up.. I dehydrated some mushrooms- reconsituted they have a meaty texture. I am sure you all knew this though :-)
