Green Smoothies

I have ordered some cookbooks, and of course Alissa's book, but of course I will be waiting at least 7 days for these books to get here in Canada.

Can someone share a really good green smoothie recipe? I love them nice and creamy and great tasting if possible. I love all kinds of veggies and fruits so keep the recipes coming, if possible.
