I'm trying to figure out a way to sell my own version of a raw cheesecake to stores, but I can't figure out how I could package them. I want to do mini-pies that around 4" or so. But those tins don't have lids! Anyone have a good idea so that they wouldn't get smooshed and will look appetizing in a deli case? Thanks!

I had an idea to sell parfaits. It's the cheese cake with some date nut mixture in between and fruit in between too. Put them in those Corn cups that biodegrade. They come with tops too.

Because as the donkey in Shrek says "Everybody loves Parfait!" :D
