Dehydrating Young Coconut Meat?

Any dehydrating uses for Young Coconut Meat?

I just drank the juice from a young coconut and have no clue what to do with the "Meat"... I tried it in a Smoothie and I'm not too Crazy about it...:eek: (YUK!!!!) Any other ideas???? Thank you so much!!!!

I enjoy young coconuts. I am lucky and my local Meijers carries them. Anyways, I will give you two recipes that are yummy that I like. One I do a lot and the other one I tried for the first time last night.

First from "goneraw" website
creamscicle in a glass

2 oranges peeled
water from the the young coconut
meat of the young coconut
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/4c raw agave
1 tray ice cubes
blend in blender-yummy

pina colada-raw food real world

1 cup coconut meat
1 1/2 cups coconut water
3 cups diced pneapple
3 tablespoon coconut butter
squeeze of lime juice
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt

blend in blender-yummy
