RAW RISING PRESENTS:

RAW SUNDAY BRUNCH

WHAT IS IT AND WHERE IS IT?

Who doesn't love brunch? We have decided to indulge your taste for
brunch and the request for having a weekend event! What better
weekend event than a brunch! There can be a lot more to the raw diet
in the mornings than smoothies! JP will be freshly juicing the OJ!
See below for our currently planned menu!

Dr. Guy has graciously invited your fellow raw foodists, JP and Kim,
to prepare a raw brunch at his home in Los Altos, August 17th at
11am, Sunday.

The cost for this event be $40 each (check or cash).

THE MENU

Our proposed vegan menu will be:

~Freshly juiced OJ

~Wild Black Berry Crepes

~Raw Superfood Mochachino Tasters

~Raw Mini Bagels with Raw Cream Cheese

~Fresh Fruit Salad with Wild Berries and Raw Coconut Yoghurt Topping

~Raw "Egg" Scramble

~The Rawsage King of Chicago's Breakfast "Rawsage"

~Kim's Raw Eggplant "Bac-un"

hi cordelia -

They are basically Alissa's Rye bagel recipe - I will making them will other grains than rye too but I love the rye ones. So it is just the sprouted grains, sunflower seeds, salt and other spices as you want.

The cream cheese is almost the same as Alissa's too except I add a probiotic to make a bit sour and I will sometimes use pine nuts too. I have used mac nuts too and it turns out good if I add extra salt. You can add onion or other spices too. It is very easy to make.

I made a spread the other day and used pine nuts and added lemon juice and a few other spices and I forgot about it and let it sit in frig and I swear it tasted very close to the block version of Philadelphia cream cheese. I was quite surprised. I think it is the pine nuts that do it.
