I've been about 50% raw for a year and stepped it up the 2nd week of July to 90%. All of the sudden my three moles have shrunk. One on my belly was irregular in shape and color and I was worried about it, never letting it see sunlight. Suddenly (like in the last couple of weeks, I know, because I'm obsessed with scrutinizing my belly in case I lost an inch or two. Honestly, I'd rather lose the belly than the mole, but it is a nice, totally unexpected improvement. My fiance has a gazillion moles - including odd ones that are growing - that I've been afraid meant he was destined for skin cancer. Anyone else have a mole reduction? I'd sure like to mention it as another reason for him to try raw when he moves across country to be with me.

I've been hoping this will happen. I have lots of moles all over me. But not yet...

It was so random, one of my moles almost rubbed off a few months ago. I put a bandaid on it and it's fine now. I liked that mole! I'm glad it didn't rub off :o

it's possible, though! I've heard others mention that they've had moles come off

No, but the mice, groundhogs, and squirrels absolutely LOVE my compost?
Huh? What?
Oh THOSE moles - silly me.:D

Why yes, I had a red "pimple" (as my grandkids called it, even though it wasn't), but this "thing" has disappeared.

About two weeks ago I had a weird face detox. Every pore on my face shot out this hard, white "stuff". I mean it didn't shoot out, but it looks like I had white hair all over my face. I literally had to take splinter tweezers and remove some of them. Then I did a clay mask to remove the rest. Now my skin is EVEN softer and smoother then I ever remember it!

Soft like a baby's backside!
