Thanks Cathy, I googled it and one source said not edible and others said it was so I was confused...and skeeered...:)

Not as long as I thought it would. I think I dehydrated it about 8 hours, or overnight, and the next morning I checked them and they were ready!

It's like popcorn with a little green kick!
