Hi,
The other day I made almond (raw) cookies! (basically almonds, wall nuts, dates, raisins, and lemon zest) I can't get over of how god it was!
I'm wandering for how long it keeps outside a refrigerator. I'd love to take it to eat while traveling (to eat on the plain, for instance)

And me out of almonds:( but i'll get some this weekend.
It sounds yummy, thanks for the recipe.
I would love to know how long it would last too so why don't we both try to see ourselves:)
Do you dehydrate the cookie?

Bethanie,
no, I don't dehydrate it. I found it on Raw Food Made Easy. The book says it keep for up to 1 month in the refrigerator.

[QUOTE=Pedro Kroger;444318]Hi,
"wall nuts"
Does it matter the type of wall the nuts come from? :D

Sounds yummy, Pedro. However, I wouldn't travel with that kind of stuff unless it's dehydrated or at least kept in a cooler.
