I have several kinds of nuts stored in my refrigerator in plastic bags. Some of them have been in there for just over a year. Are they still good, or should I toss them? Some are raw almonds--I hate to waste them if they're usable.

Also, I have some dried mulberries, dried figs, and dried raisins that are around the same age, stored in plastic bags in my pantry (at room temperature). Are they still good?

Thanks!

Still hoping for someone who knows the answer to this question. Thanks!

The ones you've had for over a year outside the fridge I would not trust. Not sure about the ones in the fridge. But, a year is a long time.
Nuts will not taste fresh if they are old.
Hopefully someone wih ore knowledge will answer for you.
