I had labrynthitis about half a year ago and since then I have been getting occasional bouts of vertigo. I want to know if anyone has experience with raw improving or eliminating the issue?

Last time I went raw (and the same thing seems to be happening now) there was an increase in my vertigo. Then after about a month, it went away. I hope that happens again this time.:)

I have not seen an improvement.
I was hospitalised in March of last year for an attack of vertigo after having been raw for a year and nine months.
I was in the habit of wearing MBT shoes at the time and I now know that you should not wear them if you suffer from this so I am putting it down mainly to that.

I developed vertigo out of the blue one night in February - turned over in bed while sleeping and vomited...happened all night....I still have the vertigo but no longer to the point of vomiting. Maybe I have just adapted to it. I was told to go to the ER at the time when I called the nurse on call, but never went and it takes months to get an appt. with my GP, so I just deal with it - don't know why I suddenly developed vertigo - it doesn't seem to be ear-related at all, but it is pronounced when I am laying on my right side and also when leaning my head back.

It definitely has not improved since going raw 4 months ago....

P.S. what are MBT shoes?

It stands for " Massai Barefoot Technology" which is just a gimmicy name.
I think that there maybe other brands and they go under the generic term of "Negitive Heel Technology".
They force you to balance on the shoe which uses different muscles to normal footware.
