Hi, for anyone wanting to order young organic coconuts from Florida. Hold off. I just got a shipment of a dozen green husked babies. I was thrilled until after almost an hour of hard labor to carve one open I found an aged coconut. The meat is hard and the water kind of tasteless. I'm going to see what our friend Larry down in Florida has to say about it and keep you all informed. I was really hoping this was going to work :(
