I've seen the infomercial a few times and I like the idea of not using shampoo, as it contains very damaging ingredients that strip the natural oils in the hair. The main product in the Wen line is the cleansing conditioner. I liked that it contains many essential oils and natural ingredients, as was stated on the infomercial. But I looked at the entire list of ingredients and third on the list is cetyl alcohol. Fourth on the list is cetearyl alcohol. Wahh??!? How can that be good for hair? I was almost convinced and was going to buy it until I saw that.

I've seen the infomercial and it looks pretty good. I was intrigued by it. Didn't see the list of ingredients in the shampoo. I had thought about trying it but I'm tired of ordering expensive products and not working(Nick Chavez, Ojon). Not too pricey though. Oh well, My hair issues may be related to hormones, or nutrition. :)

Thank you so much for posting this!!! I saw the informercial like 4 months ago and for the life of me couldn't remember the name of the product when I needed to buy shampoo last week. I really want to try this product. Did you happen to try it out?

Hello!!

I have been using Wen now for a couple of months and I love it. It leaves my hair incredibly soft and it does not strip the color like my regular shampoo. It is a conditoner too! It can be a little pricey but it lasts a long time and I am totally hooked!!

I have not tried it yet but I plan to. I hate using regular shampoo and conditioner in the interim but I have to wait until I have the money to buy the product.

It's full of toxic chemicals. You can use any conditioner to clean your hair. Don't need to spend that much. This is not a concept they created. Hair forums discuss this in detail. Here's a brief description:

Most use very inexpensive conditioners like V05, Suave or White Rain, but you can find healthier options.

I use an all natural shampoo bar & only shampoo my hair once a week. I do rinse it daily though. Once a week I put olive oil on it & leave it on over night & wash it in the morning.

what natural shampoo bar do you use? and what type of hair do you have?

i would really appreciate the info! thanks. :)
