you REALLY want to be satisfied?
a meat loaf perhaps? with 'mashed potato' ?
what raw meal do you crave to satisfy you?

hmmmmmmmmmmmm WELL for the longest time i was obsessed with Ani's curry dressing...... it was so filling - i would pour it over a salad like crazy and it would satisfy me because of the garlic in it (i find garlic to really "fill me" somehow)
then i could not stop being obsessed with avocados- just with red onions and tomatoes + salt...MMMMMMMMM NOTHING BETTER
now i go crazy for Alissa's MOCK SALMON PATTE on some greens&veggies...... uhh heavy and filling!!!!! :D

Anything with bleu cheeze dressing if I want salty and savory, or key lime mousse if I want sweet!

I've really liked guac w/ a big green leaf to eat like a burrito. Another is a banana w/ cashew butter.
Totally depends. Sometimes half a watermelon. Mock salmon pate. A canteloupe. Some blackberries. Blueberries. Cucumbers. Mmmmm...
I haven't had a dehydrator for nearly a month and have temporarily sworn off fruits and veggies that aren't local -- so some things have changed. Just a couple months ago, it would have been banana ice cream with some nuts and chocolate sauce on top. :)
raw tacos with spicy taco meat, salsa, guacamole, nut cheese or
raw pizza loaded with veggies.

My extra special go to meal for that meaty type of satisfaction (only better)is a romaine roll up, stuffed with marinated portabella mushroom, marinated onion rings, avocado, and tomato.
It's messy, and smelly, and sooooooooooo satisfying.

nachos, tacos or chilli .... very filling and satisfying
especially when i make nachos with salsa, guac, "meat", usually can't eat my whole plate at once...

Mine is sesame milk. It's wonderfully satisfying and fills me up when I'm feeling like I need that full feeling. Easy to drink too much though.

oh my GOODNESS jenna! i was feeling the same way as shelovestoeat when i read this thread, and your suggestion sounded so good that i immediately made rawvolutions eggless salad (for the first time), wrapped it in a collard green and sprinkled it with tomatoes parsley and black pepper. i then repeated the process because it was so good. thanks!

avocado with sea salt and sesame seeds in a wrap of some kind. or avocado chocolate pudding (avocado blended with cacao and agave or dates).
or for a lighter filling meal, shredded veggies or zucchini pasta with snowdrop's sesame sauce. mmm.
or for a dehydrated meal, zucchini noodles layered with pesto and marinara (sundried tomatoes, spices, a little oil, sea salt) in the dehydrator overnight... tastes just like cooked lasagna but way better. even my SAD partner agreed.

When I have cravings for fatty things like meat. I usually go for avocado. Last night I was craving fish tacos. Went home and made guac. served with jicama seasoned with lime juice and cayenne pepper, reminded of those lime corn chips. I was totally satisfied. I think the oil in the avo helps with the cravings.

Oh thank you so much for this idea! I didn't think I'd like cauliflower riced, since I've never liked is as florets..wow was I wrong. It is fantastic as rice (as long as your other ingredients are bold--like Raw Dancer Uk's idea)
