I'm just wondering if I"m doing something wrong because I'm still not seeing any results! Plus I hear how getting fit by loosing body fat you have to burn more calories then you consume!

In the morning I'll have 1/2 of a watermelon blended into a juice! I work out first thing in the morning!

Then for a snack I'll have 2 apples

Then for lunch I'll have a big salad w/2c. romaine, 2, spinach, 5 ch. tomatoes, 1/2 c. of cut up broccoli, and 1 green onion.

Then for another snack I'll have a green smoothie w/3 med. bananas, 2c. spinach and 1 c. water.

Then for supper I'll have another big salad about the same except instead of the broccoli I'll have some cabbage and I'll have some copped up carrot too!

Then for another snack I'll have another green smoothie same except a different green!

Another thing I must say is I'm also taking 4 Tbsp. of flaxseed oil a day because my natural doctor found out that I was very low on my omega 3's. So right now he has me taking 4 Tbsp. of flaxseed oil daily. I alternate them throughout the day.

Am I doing anything wrong?

Thanks, have a fruitful day!

Nope, nothing wrong with that at all. I simply ate raw... and released 130 pounds in 10 months. Nothing special .... just ate raw. Much like you are.

The green smoothies are soooooooooo good for you, I'm so happy to see you drinking so many!!!

maybe try switching your fats up- avocados and coconut oil.

also, you could nix one or two of the bananas in your smoothies, add a different fruit- mango, pear, or berries. a littel more variety with your fruit and waterery fruits may help.

varying your diet always helps.

I've heard from different folks that they couldn't lose weight until they stopped focusing/obsessing over it. Perhaps a direct focus on health would benefit you more? Just a thought.

And another thought -- different people respond to different foods re: weight. Are you eating what you think you are "supposed to eat" for weight loss, or are you whole heartedly listening to your body for cravings? That can make a difference as well. For some reason, I often crave huge amounts of fat (like avocados, coconuts, etc.) right before I tone up or tighten up a notch. But I don't eat that way on purpose, just listen to when my body wants it without forcing anything.

Thanks everyone for your help! I'll stick with it and also try to have different fruits in my smoothies with my bananas!
I just hope I'm having enough greens! If I get hungry I'll have me another green smoothie or another salad!
Thanks again! Peace!

Make sure you're physically active as well.
