Question - I ordered Jinjee's pregnancy ebook yesterday - money has been taken out of my account but I haven't recv'd a ebook link or a email with it yet. I have emailed them twice. Anyone else order from them and know what their turnaround time is for ebooks? I didn't see a download link on the post order page. Thanks!

I was nervous to and sent an email, just as you did but eventually I recieved it. Actually I just ordered an e-book from a company and it took 2 weeks to get it, I couldn't believe it, I could have ordered the hardcopy.
I think Gardendiet will get back to you sooner then 2 weeks though. I think I got mine in 2 days.

I think, for some reason, they've not gotten an auto-responder so, when someone gets to the computer, they send the stuff out manually. Could be wrong though. Just seems strange that their ebooks don't go out right after ordering.

I believe it is all manual. You would think it would come immediately.. Heck they were faster then when my last ebook from another company and that company had an automated process, that somehow broke down.

Makes no sense. Doesn't cost much for an autoresponder. Just need to set it up.

Hi,
As an ebook author myself, I know that with using strictly PayPal as a payment processor, they are not as secure as I wanted them to be when using their "Thank You Page" feature as the page to send download information.
So, when using PayPal, I made sure that I sent the downloads out manually. But now that I am using a different processor to take payments, they are much more secure and they send out the links to download information automatically when a person orders.
I am going to write Jinjee, ebook marketer-to-ebook marketer and offer her a couple of suggestions on ways to alleviate this.
I know she's a busy woman and unless she has a staff to fulfill orders, it can be daunting so at least with the suggestions I have for her, she can automate the process so she doesn't have to do this manually.

Well, I believe an autoresponder is more so for auto-sending out emails to a list of subscribers, not to use for sending out download links. But with customers, it has to be set up with a payment processor such as ClickBank (http://theworkathomeadvocate.com/recommends/clickbank) or PayDotCom (http://theworkathomeadvocate.com/recommends/paydotcom) (this one can be used with her existing PayPal account) which are the services I recommended to her in my email. With any of them, it's going to take sitting down and setting it all up, but at least thereafter, the "headache" is over and she won't have to think about it again unless she adds a new product to the repertoire.

Sounds like a good idea.

Thanks for sharing these tips. I know I'll need them in the future.
