Surely this beats cacao and goji .

Heres the link

I found this because Im on a mercury amalgam support forum, and someone mentioned it.

Is this true ??? Not many people talk about clove oil on this forum, it might be worth a look into. At least lets discuss it, even if it isnt as accurate as it seems at first.

I used to use it. Not sure it did anything. I did the whole candida program of "Bee" in your first link for almost a year. Lots of meat and cooked cabbage. Didn't help me like this does :-) Maybe I should dig out the clove oil and finish it up. True that one cheap bottles lasts a very long time.

I'm pretty sure raw cacoa is still at the top of the list at 95,000 ORAC per 100 grams... in order to actually reach an ORAC of 10,000,000 with clove you'd have to take tons of clove oil, I believe the volume for that score is per 100grams, that is a LOT of clove oil. It's a very strong constentrated essential oil and by taking too much of it (more than 6-7 drops a day) you could possibly do yourself harm from eugenol poisoning (eugenol being the main component of clove oil) it's the stuff they use to numb your gums at the dentist. I'm sticking with cacoa for my antioxidant powerhouse!!:D

I have some pure clove oil that I used for a tooth ache a while back. Talk about packing a punch....cayenne pepper doesnt' nearly pack the same punch...

wondering how I could take it daily

I used to put 3 drops 3 times/day in a little herbal tea or even water. It is "hot" on the tongue and I've read it can melt plastic so don't spill it on your cell phone or anything! But I hate spicy food and had no trouble taking it in liquid and then chasing with more liquid.

Cacao has the highest of any food, but clove oil has the highest of anything , including supplements, as it isnt a food that you can eat lots of.

So in general terms, cacao is still number one.
