Thank you for the info. I found a killer Kale Chip recipe on there yesterday and made a batch. Acually, I am munching on some during my lunch break right now and they are great! I have had several people at work try them and they all loved them as well. Gotta love the internet. :D The map portion of the website is awesome as well.
