I got this idea after trying the jalapeno burgers posted here a recently which I found too spicy and salty (since I used store bought sun dried tomatoes as I was out of my home made ones).
Steak with built in veggies:
1 cup walnuts
1 carrot, chopped
1 T onion, chopped
1/2 T nama shoyu, or 1/2 T water plus 1/4 T calt
Put in food processor and process until smooth. Shape into 2 "steaks" (or one large one).
