In need of traveling recipes that keep without a cooler and are easy to eat on the run. We are going to be gone for 5 days, and there will be no raw food places to get food easily, eaither!! :(
Thanks!!
Fruit.
Something like trail mix: seeds, dried coconut or something, dried fruit, maybe some nuts.
Bring a knife and cutting board!
Are you traveling to a place without electricity or a grocery store?? If they'll be available, you'll be able to add greens and bring a blender. I have a travel blender, and it's great. Just have a small lunch box container, and it has mason jars, my blender/"coffee" grinder, and lids.
I ALWAYS have dressing with me in case I want to go to a restaurant, then I just refill the contents and put it back in my bag. I use a small glass container that used to have cinnamon sticks in it, keep it screwed tight, and I don't use items that perish quickly (olive oil, ACV, some Himalayan salt, maybe paprika and/or some Herbamare). You could easily bring a bottle of ACV and OO, some salt, if you'll be making salads and want to make sure you have unfiltered/raw ACV, cold pressed OO, and salt.
Hope that helps. As long as there is some place that sells fruit and stuff (or you have a big cooler), it should be a piece of cake. :)

When you asked this, did you mean restaurants or grocery stores?? If you meant restaurants, this will be SO easy. If you meant grocery stores, you're still gonna be fine! Where are you going?? Have a great trip! :)
