Hi to all,

I am a complete novice to the raw food lifestyle but I am intrigued and enthusiastic enough to give it all my best efforts to change my ways of eating for a better and healthier me. I am 35, married to my wonderful French husband and live in France. Our working lives (we work together) call for a lot of energy and enthusiasm in the summer months but are more tranquil in the winter months. I have stumbled upon this forum just by chance (or was it....) and I know I will be heading here often asking and seeking advice as my mission to become a healthier me commences and progresses.

My aim is not so much to lose weight but more so to create a healthier me inside and out and I know this is the way to go.

Thanks in advance!!
Bon courage!!
Loulou

Bonswa and Welcome! I wish you the best of rawesome health!! My Mom's side of the family (Mercier) is predominantly French - are you from there too? I hear that you have some incredible farmer's markets in France!! Are you near any of them?
