Trader Joes and Whole Foods sell organic lemonade, I think without added sugars, in a bottle. Can I use that instead of fresh lemons? Lemons are more expensive where I am at, besides the bottles lemonade. If I have to use fresh lemons, how many do you use to make a days worth of Lemon-aid?
Also, can I add a teaspoon of aloe vera juice in the Master Cleanse?

If it clearly says UNPASTEURISED, it may still be old(ie. sitting in the store 24-48hours)..but at a pinch you could use it.Better than just Organic Lemonade which would be pasteurised and possibly years old! I wouldnt do it everday, isnt fresh..and works out far more pricey
Buy a case of lemons if your going to be doing MC that works out cheap and cheerful
I use about 4-6 lemons a day.
Hope this helps some

Thanks. I have never seen them by the case load. Only in those net bags that may only have 4 to 6 lemons.
Oh, no one answered the Aloe Vera question. I was thinking that I could add a teaspoon of aloe juice to water to drink during the day to further detox my body. I was asssuming I could do that since many Master Cleanse don't say that I can't drink unsweetened tea, besides the Senna (laxative tea); therefore, a little bit of aloe water wouldn't mess up the Master Cleanse?
