Well seeing as that was last week, I remember! I had been eating more raw foods for breakfast and lunch, and then two weeks ago, i went all the way (mostly! not perfect!).
I ate the same thing every day, but different ingredients. For example;
Breakfast: smoothie with banana, flax, OJ, fruit and a dark green
Lunch: salad with a light green, 1T nut, 1/4C fruit or dried fruit, bit of dressing
Snack: dessert from the night before
Dinner: pate or pesto-type thing with a vegetable (zucchini, squash, carrot, etc) for dipping (make enough for 2 nights, so you're not always cooking).
Dessert: something made in th food processor with fruit or avocado (key lime mousse, applesauce, fruit pie filling, etc)
So, even though my format stayed prett similar, I varied the ingredients. And I'd make a treat here and there, like chocolate nut-milk, or sub a smoothie for any meal. If I really craved cooked food, I'd eat dessert first! Who wouldn't pick key lime mousse over a bland old veggie burger? So, not the most balalnced diet, but easy to maintain and get me eating raw. I am trying to get used to an all raw first, then start making my diet more healthy.

This is a great question, but as I went raw slowly and eventually got to 100%...I've no idea. I have since fallen off the wagon and just started today...so..
Today's Menu::D can be seen on my blog. I took a picture of lunch. So far so good...I'm so thrilled to be back to raw.

I know it was hell. I tried recipe after recipe from Alissa's book and others, but hated them! I wound up with raw fruits and veggies most days.
I made the cheesy dip and ate that a couple of nights. Then I discovered how to make raw chocolate bars and made those. (Both the dip and the candy came from recipes on this site.)
I got the spiralizer and made spaghetti out of zucchini and put raw marinara sauce on it, and nearly threw up.
I think I first started having success with sweet things--cookies, smoothies, raw candies.
Now that my taste buds have changed, I'm remaking all the early recipes that I didn't like. I'm sure they will taste delicious now!

My first week, I had no idea what I was doing and ate mostly citrus and salads. It was a disaster.
I think the ideal first week would be gradually increasing the amount of your favorite produce while accepting that old habits will take time to change and allowing yourself to eat cooked foods without stressing about it. Don't follow anyone else's suggestions, just make a list of the fruits you like and buy more of them. Make your food choices based on what you like. Instead of picking out a recipe and then buying the ingredients, decide that you want to eat a certain food first and then find or create a recipe for that food.

thats wonderful advice :)
I ate fruits, smoothies, salads and pates. I had to make a few salad dressings to find one I really liked at first. Do you have Alissa's book?? The mock salmon pate is easy, filling, and delicious wrapped in romaine, collards, or cabbage. Just make sure to eat enough to stay full in the beginning. I recall having lots of bananas around then for smoothies or a quick fix. Have fun!!

Ditto what JEN said!
Eat things you already know you like that just happen to be raw--for me it is salads, slaws, smoothies, dips, lettuce wraps, nuts, spreads/pates, seed crackers, raw bars (read the labels, not all are raw!).
And I would add to a new person, although I'm pretty new myself ;) , don't be afraid to eat enough to feel satisfied. Everyone told me to to eat as much as I needed to feel satisfied, even though it contains nuts, avocado, oil, etc. They said that my appetite would start to diminish as the nutrient levels in my body went up. They were right and it has.
I just try to keep a balance of dense foods and high-water-content foods and don't have all of one or the other, but combine them each meal. I'm stll new, I don't mono meal, but I could see that happening later...:)
