Did anyone with Lyme Disease go raw? What happened? Anyone know of anyone who has done this?

He has a raw foods restaurant in PA. I've been there. The food was good. And he's very approachable. He loves to talk to people about raw and their health. The place is like a little bistro/library/theater. You can literally sit there all day and eat, watch raw videos, and read raw books! He's a lovely person. I thought I was doing something by going 3 hours from DC, and when I got there he already had people there from North Carolina!

If you can, I'm sure he would love to talk to you in person or even over the phone.

Yep. Diagnosed with Lyme last spring, and was really suffering from cyclical symptoms. Went raw, and as long as I stay raw I have NO symptoms. WHen I was eating cooked foods (for about a 2 week period) symptoms came back. That is just me though. I don't know if I am 'cured' I just know I have no symptoms...and honestly I am pretty darn ok with that!
