I've just started the raw food diet and there aren't a lot of places to go OUT and eat if I want to stick to it. My anniversary is coming up and I want to have a romantic dinner, but I'm trying really hard to stay raw for at least a month for starters. Do you know of any restaurants near Fresno that do raw well? Or maybe personal chefs that could cook for us for a night at our home? I'd even be interested in catering companies. People who have been doing this longer than me-- any ideas on how to go fancy and not cook it myself?

Did you check the restaurant section on this forum? Or check and see if Alissa's got teachers in your area? Check her website and see.
The other thing I would do is google "raw food restaurants Fresno" and see if anything comes up.
If nothing else, call a good restaurant and see if they'll create something for you. I've done that and the results were amazing!
Might do that while waiting for responses from some who might be able to respond. :)

From the sound of it, you're talking about a personal chef. My hubby and I tried one a few years back and we haven't looked back since. I learned a whole new set of raw recipes, and our chef was so good, she let me watch and take down notes on everything she did. Try it! I hope you are still raw and going strong!
