Hello all,
My name's Ashley and im a mother of 3, my son hunter who is 2, my stepdaughter karly who is 6 and i just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, riley, june 24th. Ive been a stay at home mother for 2 years now and think its time to do something for me! I havent started the Raw diet, but im still learning information and asking questions before taking the big step! After all, its the craziest part, making that decision to feel better!
