Good News!

I've been 99% raw since May and have been working out with weights at least 2 times a week, exercising every day a week. The scale didn't show much improvement a couple weeks ago, and I was kind of bummed. Folks here encouraged me though, and I've been staying the course. I went shopping today at Dress Barn for clothes for a conference I'm attending next week. I used to shop on the Womens' side, but today, even the smallest womens' size was a tad too big! What's more, the largest size on the Misses side fit rather nicely! I was amazed! And happy! :D I just needed to share!

I have my before pics taken, but I really don't see a difference yet in the mirror. Maybe after some pics at the conference I'll be able to see a difference. I plan to post when I finally have pictures that really show the results.

You know what's neat about needing to move over the the misses side is that the clothes are not only smaller, but cut differently, too!

Usually, roominess in the chest/shoulder/upper back and length (proportional to the garment, of course) are what changes.

So besides being smaller, your proportions are changing! hee!

So true Emma. I have moved to the misses from the womens too and realized things were cut better and fit better.

I had this pair of Tommy Hilfiger size 16 jeans that I was going to sell on ebay because they did not fit. I didn't think they would ever fit so I was going to get rid of them. NOW...I am going to sell them on ebay because they are too big. :D
