Hi everyone!

I'm new to the forum, and still fairly new to the raw lifestyle. I am loving the benefits, increased energy and positivity and better mood. Flat belly and my favourite.. not only am I acne free, but my skin is GLOWING!

With that said I am struggling with cravings for starch! I am not 100% raw all the time (I consider myself transitioning) and when I do have even a bit of something starchy I can't stop myself! Even on days when I am 100% I still find the cravings close to unbearable.

I've tried juice fasting as a way to detox my system, but can't really get past three full days.

Can I get some help, how long until my body no longer craves these kinds of foods?

Green smoothies everyday help me:) . It is just part of the process but I find when I am 98-100% those cravings go away.

Thanks oceanee! I just started on the smoothies, although I love green juice. I'll try upping them!
