After reading the post Dr. Visit. I was wondering how much fats and proteins are enough for an infant? My son is 13 months old. Any thoughts?

Are you still nursing? If so, don't worry your milk is making up for this.
I am still nursing my daughter who is 21/2 years old. I pumped though. She only get her fat from me and from hemp seeds for she refuses to try out different thing. She is and looks very healthy but i am looking forward for the day that she will start to eat more variety.
Maybe you can go visit dr. Mercola website and try to find out there. I know children needs good cholesterol, fat, protein more then adult. Ommega 3 and 6 is apparentely a form of cholesterol. But do research.
It would be nice that this topic is more research for us parent that do raw diet.
