Hi,

Im new here.

Ive been vegan for over a decade and recently through depression ive decided to go raw.

Ive played around with going raw for a few months when i was younger on and off and can remember the amazing alertness and clarity i had and my moods were wonderful let alone hardly any PMS and also my fitness was greatly improved.

Ive only just started but not exempting my steamed meal at the end of the day- :p

Im also looking for some female inspiration - looking into getting into some wieght resistance/lifting exercise - i want to feel healthy and strong and look good for myself.:cool: :rolleyes:

Welcome! Oh, you'll be fine. Get Alissa's book and DVD, they are powerful tools to help one understand and enjoy the raw food journey.

READ, READ, READ all you can about raw. Search (use the search feature) here on this forum - tons of information.

Smart move with the exercise.....exercise really does alot for lifting your spirits and it just makes you feel good for the rest of the day. Also if your looking for some female inspiration.....look no further than this forum and most of all Alissa's DVD and also her book....they really will inspire you!!!
