my first day raw been trying for like a month and finally did the first day and i work with fast food so it was hard
i ate banana and watermelon for breakfast
for lunch i ate a big ole salad
and for dinner i ate watermelon bananas and strawberries i feel i should have ate more should i have?
and im trying to save money to buy a jucier and blender for smoothies

also has anyone noticed will being raw that their bra size got smaller just wondering

You did great!!!! You will adjust the quantity as you go on. Just make sure you eat enough to be satisfied. Being hungry is the downfall of staying raw at first!
BTW, my bra size did go down, but I have lost 50 pounds, so I would hope so!:D

That's a great day, especially being around all that stuff! Yay for making it through. Now you KNOW you can do it -- because you already did!

I'm down from 38DD to about a 34D... I've lost about 25lbs - 30lbs., a lot of it not IN my chest, but the back area, thus why I've gone from 38 to 34. I actually think I could be 32 but they never sell those.

I think by the time I finish losing weight, I'll be a 32D or maybe a 34C. But I've been a D most of my life (and overweight most of my life), so who knows.

Also, I went off the pill about a month and a half ago, so that could be affecting the cup size, although probably not the around-size. (I don't know what to call that.)

I have noticed a huge difference. I went from 52G to now 42F... but cup not much difference yet, but we are all so different.

now did you eat enough... that's up to you -- are you satisfied... feel full? that's the true test ...

in my humble opinion... you ate VERY LITTLE!!! :eek: BUT... if YOU are happy and feel FULL and satisfied .... NOT DEPRIVED... then.. THAT IS TRUE SUCCESS...

thanks starfire i feel i did eat enough cause i felt full after the salad actually where i work u have fresh Italian cooking so it very tempting but i remember what im doing this for and i don't eat it and where do i get my protein from?

What are your reasons if you don't mind me asking? Just curious....

Protein....don't worry about it at all. It is actually a them. Protein is made up of amino acids which is actually what you need. That is why vegetarians, or vegans, often will combine beans and rice and call it a 'complete' protein, because together it contains all the essential amino acids. I think there are 12 or so.
Anyways, as for being raw, it's in everything you eat. They say the avocados actually have all 12 too, but just not in the right porportions. Greens are generally very high. And ofcourse people love their nuts and seeds. But even fruit is between 5-10%.

The key is variety and calories. If you're not starving you're not protein deficient. Especially eating raw.

....also I like your strategy of eating a salad midday and eating fruit for supper. I think I'm going to try that!

greeeeeeeeeeeeat JOB!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAA!!!

i started to work for my college's cafeteria a week after i started raw....... oh my, i had to work in the kitchen after a whole day of not eating a big meal (i had class after class..). it was TOUGH. but i was TOUGHER :D i could still enjoy the smells for the sake of good memories, but i would not eat ANY OF that horrible food ..even if i was paid for that hehehe:D .....and especially after i saw HOW it was being made.
