For those of you who have questioned if this food fits into a raw diet, here is the repsonse I rec'd recently when I emailed the company:

Hello

Thank you for contacting us about our manna bread. We have 7 varieties including one that is wheat free (Whole Rye). The bread is made from sprouted whole grains and baked at a temperature higher than 120F. The product is baked at a temperature lower than conventional bread but it is not a raw food. Precise temperatures and length of baking time is considered confidential recipe information.

Kind regards,
Beverley

Thanks. I was wondering about that. Looks like Manna's off the menu.

But there is a raw manna bread recipe (in addition to a raw essene bread recipe) that you can make yourself and dehydrate. I don't remember what thread it's in, though I do recall finding it by searching on the internet. If you're interested and don't find it, I'll look when I'm not headed to bed :)

Still it is much better than any conventional bread and if you don't have any time sometimes it fills the gaps. :)
