Thought I'd jump into this colonics conversation... I just had my first colon hydrotherapy session yesterday and not feeling much of a difference today.
So I have a few questions... do herbal cleanses, parasite cleanses and colon hydrotherapy all basically do the same thing? Does anyone know?
My goal is more energy and mental clarity. I don't have stomach upset and my headaches have gone away. still feeling foggy though!

Well, the colon hydrotherapy is only going to help "flush out" what's in the lower colon/intestine area (which is excellent for those of use who have sluggish bowels or blockages that are causing bloating and other problems)
The other types of cleanse go "through" the body if that makes sense...you know like helping to cleanse and detoxify other organs (liver, kidney) including the digestive system. Sometimes the herbal cleanse and things like that don't always give you those immediate results but I believe they are great for long-term maintenance of the body system (like taking a vitamin that you know is good for your body even without "feeling" it right away)
...this is just my experience, we all react differently because my sister experiences noticeable reactions when all types of cleansing that last for several days

That makes sense... so far I've seen most commonly recommended - blessedherbs and DrNatura Colonix -- anybody have one they prefer over the other -- and are these basically the same?

I've used Blessed Herbs but not the other one. My personal experience with the blessed herbs was smooth...wasn't running to the bathroom. I didn't have as many bm's as I wanted but my digestive system is in the healing stage (history of chronic constipation). I was lucky because I was able to do it during a period when I had time to be off (because of needing to mix up the drinks and stuff on a schedule- my job would made this challenging)...

I've only done the Dr. Natura-and enjoyed it due to the fact I was working away from home at the time, and found that it fit nicely into my routine/schedule. Good results as well.

Does that go for just the herbal colon cleanses like colonix, or would I have to do the whole body internal cleanse?
that may be a dumb question but I really want to do it right! I'm so desperate to feel better!
