Today, I was doing wonderful until I decided to eat almond butter that had roasted almonds in it. I figured, Its ok, I have been 100% for the past month, its just almonds.

WELL! it totally set me off, I have wanted cooked ALLLLLL DAY. and gave in :(


it completely set me off.

Is it possible for something like roasted almond butter to completely set you off? or is it mental. errrr

Quite possible - yes. Make a list with two sides: What YOU think are the best foods.....and what YOU think are the worst foods. Make small goals to cut out the latter....while incorporating the former. Do this consistently....and you'll be fine. It's not about what you FEEL like eating at any given time.....but rather what your GOALS are - you know? As long as you are hitting YOUR goals......then you are good.
