Hi guys, I was hoping I could get some opinions on my daily food intake. I want to make sure this is a suitable/healthy amount for the average raw person.
In the morning I usually whip up a green smoothie (it can last the entire day)
for lunch, I have little veggie-nori rolls with the following ingredients/amount:
-1 nori sheet (seaweed)
-one small cucumber (about 3-4 inches long)
-a few spinach leaves
-strips of romanian lettuce leaves
-sesami seeds (roasted, i need to find raw ones)
-strips of avocado
-a drizzle of raw honey
afterwards, a small cup/bowl of mixed fruit.
dinner:
-a salad of tomatoes, radishes, and whatever else is around. = )
*maybe a fruit smoothie for energy. (i'm a night owl)
later in the night:
-hot tea with raw honey. I enjoy the warm feeling in my tummy and gets rid of some cravings.
at the moment I'm being very simple with my food so no fancy dishes. I really like it this way (preparing food is nooo fun for me, hehe.) I'm sure I'll get fancier as time progresses, though!
