It's amazing how we can 'carry on' & only in retrospect see where we really were, & how far we've really come!
You look like you're your own daughter! & so much YOUNGER than all the other pics!
It always amazes me how much carrying extra weight ages us, & how much younger everyone looks when lean, like we were obviously created to be!

Good for you for doing this!

You've come a loooooooong way, baby!

Keep on with your Rawstoration!!!

You look absolutely fabulous. And the funny thing is that you look completely different in every single one of your before raw picture. I would have never thought that all of those pics were the same person! Your look definitely dramatically changes with the events of your life. And now, mostly raw, all of your pictures are bright, up close, and full of life. Your story really inspires me. Thank you for sharing yourself.

I'm new to eating raw (well, completely raw) and I have to say that your story of transformation is inspirational. In the photo of yours above you don't even look 45 - probably early 30's, it's amazing!
Anyway, i'd just like to say congratulations, because it seems that you've changed so much over the past year for the better. :D

I keep looking at your pictures and I know that it isn't all about what we look like on the outside, but I just have to say you are amazingly stunning!

Shashibala, I felt so much light around me when those photos were being taken. I believe it was surrounding me also...it was a pretty surreal day and I was very happy. It's great to take photos when you're feeling blissful. I highly recommend it for everyone. :D

Thank you! It would irritate me when older folks would laugh when I said I felt old, but I think now it's my turn. You're young and the 40's are something else let me tell you. It gets BETTER. And that's the truth. I can't wait for the 50's. Well I can...lol...but you know what I mean. Enjoy where you are always...just my opinion. :)

ThereseAnn, thank you so much beautiful lady. I was reeling in a spiritual vibration last Spring - it was really with me. Life ebbs and flows and I sometimes am not tuned in but raw definately helps me stay as close as possible to that wonderful vibration. I do think it helps tremendously when you just focus on being raw and not put undue pressure on one's self. I'm glad this was able to help you. I think I will always love to eat. Thank you very much Islesgirl! I think there may be a post buried in here somewhere, but I got tired of talking about myself. lol. I deleted some of them. I will have a blog next year though where I will recap and demonstrate how far I've come. I remember oh so many times I was very motivated by reading about other raw foodist's transformations...I'm glad I can give back. I still have some ways to go -- it's a journey but I'm grateful for where I am. Thank you so much for your kind words and I wish you much success on your journey. I want to see your before and after story too!

Thank you 100%! Depending on the brand, my current size fluctuates between a 4 and a size 6. Generally it's size 6. I'm 5'2 and this suits me just fine as I have hips, thighs and a butt! haha. It's funny you mention size today as yesterday afternoon I was in Old Navy picking through some cheapy PJ bottoms on the rack. They only had L and XXL left. I dug around deeper and uncovered a small, but I doubted somehow they would fit. I almost left them there - the last small. Because I liked the color I decided to take them into the dressing room anyway. Well come to find out they fit and they were loose! I share this to say, even though we accomplish so much it sometimes takes time to catch up with what we've accomplished. I still was carrying around the heavy consciousness and honestly it was a kind of a shock that those pants fit me because they looked "tiny" to me. I was a size 8 in high school and never was this small. I'm loving it - being more proportional and feeling light.

But it's not all about the weight.

Releasing weight and transforming my body has been wonderful but I truly appreciate just my overall sense of well being, peace of mind when it comes to eating and having an exorbitant amount of energy most of the time.

I wish you much success as you continue on. Kudos to you for not succumbing to the food you mentioned. Over time it gets easier.

You look amazingly beautiful and glowing..I am checking out before and afters as I have decided to commit to going raw. I went to my doctor yesterday and she told me I had high blood pressure so I drugs or healthy food..hmmm...no question
I was mostly vegan...but am so excited about raw.
