I have been recommended to start consuming Trinity Water. Does anyone know what the benefit to this water is. I have purchased a couple of bottles and it tastes like....................hmm, water. I just wondered why it is supposed to be so good for you?

I talked to the guys at the Trinty both during the expo - here is the blurb" TRINITY is the purest known source on the planet. In a remote part of Idaho, between the small towns of Pine and Featherville, is a place at the foot of the Trinity Mountains called Paradise. Here there are three same-source formations, or a "trinity", referred to as Landa, Bridge, and Paradise. We currently collect TRINITY exclusively at the Landa source. The other two sources remain undeveloped. The Sawtooth and Boise National Forests border all three sources. These forests contain some of the finest unspoiled wilderness in the United States."

Now, Rawjojo - it just tasted like water to me also and every one there had their take on why their water was the purest - so we have about two cases of combined water and it's working for me. My husband said it tasted wet - with no funny tastes like extra minerals and such - he has a very sensitive palate.
Today, I got this post from another group I belong to and this may open up another discussion, so, I am passing on the info-
"Im now on the 6th day of 100% COCONUT WATER and I feel super fantastic. No weakness, no detox symptoms, I dont feel like Im on a fast. Yesterday I had a 2 hour rigorous capoeira workout. It has also been moving my bowels daily, no enema here or needed.
From our Jamaica trip, Aris [LaTham -long time raw chef and teacher]broke down the whole philosophy of water (which I will have soon on DVD). First and foremost the best water by far is coconut water. The young coconut water is one, a LIVING, ORGANIC, NATURALLY DISTILLED water. The coconut tree is a distiller where the sun is pulling inorganic minerals from the earth and ocean through the tree and packing it into the breast of the tree, the breast of the earth, the green coconut shell (which resembles a breast of a woman). The second best is the water we get from fruits and vegetables. From the cucumber or sugarless watermelon we can get 2 cups of organic flavored cucumber water from 1 cucumber which has organic iron, chlorophyll and other vitamins and minerals in organic living form. The third best option is rainwater before it hits the ground where there are inorganic minerals. That option isnt available to our toxic environment. The fourth option is a mountain spring water.
Now, what not to drink is man-made distilled water, reverse osmosis, well water, and the worst is trinity spring water. All of these waters are dead or either have heavy inorganic minerals that the human body cannot process. We pay a lot of money for these waters and it is out of ignorance that we are supporting the water business, because it has now become big business. As raw foodists, realizing the body is 75% water, the brain is 85% water, water is by far the most important element that we are putting into our body. So the water that we take in should be a live water that is organic and naturally distilled. If we dont take in dead food, then why take in dead water? If you cant get coconut water, then nature provides water in juice form from organic fruits and vegetable. But I can personally attest, coconut water is the BEST.
I hope this information is beneficial to you. ;)

Wow, Sweet Lips, Great info. However i would have to be buying cocnut and cukes by the cases to quench my thirst. I currently drink mostly distilled even though there are many arguements over that. I do like fruit and veggie waters but I will never be able to afford to drink them all of the time. Great article. I do believe the water business is a big $$$$$ scandal business that is why I was interested to find out what is so great about trinity. Thanks!
Also, I wanted to ask you where the raw food expo was that you attended and when was it. I would love it if they had something like that around here.

Have you all ever heard of prill beads? This is supposed to purify water as well have tons of other benefits.
I would love to be able to drink only coconut water, but that just seems as if it would be outrageously expensive. I wouldn't really know, as I have never purchased a coconut.
