Hi,
I was wondering, back in those days looong ago.... when humans first started out and had to hunt/search for their own food etc, how many miles do you think an average person would cover?
It's just got me thinking... because i want to do lots of cardio daily, ive got a treadmill too.. and im just thinking how many miles i should try and aim for daily. But it would be good to know maybe how many miles an averag e person may of covered thousands of years ago when there was no technology and we would have to search and walk/run everywhere to find our own food etc!
Does anyone have any ideas, or read anything to suggest the distances we may of covered during a day? Maybe there maybe some info about how much a wild animal like a monkey/ape etc.. how much distance they would cover, maybe this would give an idea to how much distance humans would of covered?
