I was craving a substantial desert last night so I came up with these delish coconut coco bars. I ate some last night then threw the rest in the dehydrator for about 4/5 hours to solidify a bit.

1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup finely ground nuts/seeds (I used walnuts & sunflower seeds)
2 tablespoons coco powder
1 dash vanilla
2 tablespoons honey (or what ever sweetener you like most)

Mix together in food processor then press down in to a mold. (can be eaten at this point if you are wanting it now:)
Stick in fridge or freezer. Once cold enough you can cut in to pieces to eat & dehydrate

Thanks Kendra!

I just made this and it is delicious! I have one question though...I am really new to all of this and I am wondering about dehydrating them.

What will that do to them? Will dehydrating them make them really dry, or will they stay a little moist?

Do I store them in the fridge or are they fine in a pantry?

Thanks for this awesome recipe! So yummy!
