I just made this new milkshake yesterday and it's incredibly good! As I said in a recent post I now use walnuts rather than macadamias in my smoothies because they have more protein and less fat and cost half the price.

I also tried a few additional changes and this is what I came up with:
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cups frozen strawberries
3/4 cups frozen raspberries
2/3 cups walnuts
1 T coconut oil
1 t chia seeds
Agave or honey to taste
About 1/4-1/2 vanilla bean
Pinch Celtic/Himalayan salt

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

This makes about 1000 calories, you may want to do half.

Ahhh......good recipe. I'm going to try this on my boyfriend. He's an acupuncturist who's training in Oriental medicine recommends minimizing raw foods, but I'm subversively corrupting him and he's seeing the light!
