Raw is front page news in Central Florida

Our paper has a section called Accent and on the front page is an article on raw food and the restaurants in the area. we are getting two new restaurants this month!!! For anyone who travels to the region -

Present moment cafe has a sea vegetable salad with coconut, cabbage and a garlic dressing that is mouth-watering!!

Wow, 2 raw restaurants. Boulder still waiting for it's first in CO but it's on its way now.

Not too much detail about raw food- just says they are restaurants serving living foods, which is an uncooked plant-based diet. Its mostly about the restaurants, i couldnt find any info on their website.
