I can tell from reading these boards that many of you are old hands at putting cinnamon in a fruit smoothie - but I just tried it - Lord is it good! Just felt like sharing that!:D

...I recently ordered some organic cinnamon, & WOW!!!! You wouldn't believe the difference!!! Like night & day!!!
I learned recently that one spoon (not sure which one) of cinnamon a day is supposed to help prevent diabetes, & helps stabilize blood sugars! I put it in everything I can, & sprinkle some on top of lotsa things! & your right, it's INCREDIBLE in smoothies!!!
But you GOTTA try it in blender apple sauce! (Apples, bit of water, great with other fruit, too, I like blueberries, & raspberries, of course! & LOTSA cinnamon, bit of vanilla, MAN, is it ever satisfying!!! Can't for the life of me understand WHY anyone would BOIL applesauce! Let it sit in the fridge & thicken & get nice & cold for awhile...if you can wait that long!

One of my favorite snacks is banana "pudding".. I just take a banana (or 2) dump some cinnamon on it and mash it up with my fork... Yummy!!

I was new to eating raw when I first made Sarma's cilantro shake and I absolutely hated it! I wonder if I would like it now? I got the uncook book for a Christmas gift and made it a month or two later. Maybe I would like it now. Hmmmm!
I can't wait to make the fresh applesauce...never really ate the cooked version!
Jenna: Did you try their mango colada smoothie? I loved it, it tasted like a fresh pina colada!! Hmmmm, soooo good!
