Hello raw foodies,

To help me get back to eating raw from a SAD diet, I have tried the 5 day colon cleanse from Blessed Herbs.com. I really like their ethics and quality of ingredients.

After the 5 days of drinking apple juice with their powder colon cleanse formula, 5 times a day!, I have NO cravings for sugar and feel I have a better handle on eating whole, live foods again.

I'm curious to know if anyone else has tried there's.

For me I'm feeling it's a good thing to do but probably only once or twice a year. I can feel it puts my body/elimination system to work.

Let me know!

Blessings,
Martha

Hi Jen,

thanks for the reply. Have you tried any other types of cleanses with
positive effect?

I'm feeling I need to do a liver/gallbladder cleanse.

Ive done the master cleanse and some juice feasting but no other cleanses. Im sure there are some threads here on the liver/gall flushes. Im sure I need to do them as well at some point.

I've done the Blessed Herbs colon cleanse twice. I liked it cause it was a fairly short but worked really well. I also did a cleanse with these herbs that this master herbalist makes called LBB (lower bowel balance). He actually recommends taking them all the time if your on the SAD diet.

Pricey though, huh.

It is pricey but it works and its gentle. I felt great while on the cleanse and things passed thru much easier afterwards. Ive read that juice feasting and using pb shakes can get the same results.
